Guarantee If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, please return it to us for an exchange or refund. Please e-mail us that you are making a return, and let us know if you wish to replace the item with something else. We give full refunds on items in original condition with tags intact. If a garment is defective after you have worn it, we will gladly replace it for you.
Payment Prices are in Canadian funds. Because we are a Canadian company and your orders are shipped from Canada, you will not receive any additional bills for brokerage, duty or other charges that may be incurred when you order from the U.S. We are required to collect 5% GST from all customers, and we charge PST to Ontario customers only.Shipping charges are a flat rate of $12 to areas serviced by Canada Post ground transport. You may pay by Visa, Mastercard or money order. The charge on your credit will show a purchase from Uniforms Plus, our store location.
Shipping and Delivery Orders are shipped directly from our retail store in Thunder Bay, Ontario. In most cases your order will be shipped to you within two business days by Canada Post. If you need your order sooner we would be pleased to ship it by the courier of your choice for an additional fee. In order to offer our customers the widest choice of styles from many manufacturers, we are offering some styles and colours that we do not stock in our physical store. Returns Please advise us by e-mail that you wish to make a return, including your order number and short explanation. We will provide you with an authorization number to include on the address label of the package. We will gladly accept your return within twenty days from the time you received the order. Returned items must be postage prepaid, in original condition with tags intact. We will credit the purchaser's card when we receive the return. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless it was our mistake.
